Some Energy Routines For Enhanced Healing

 

The human body is made up of much more than organs, muscles, bones, glands, nervous systems, circulatory systems and everything else that is poked and prodded when you see a medical doctor.  It's, also, made up of many subtle energy systems that you might not be able to sense but which are very important to the health of your physical self.  These energies are found in such systems as the meridian system, the chakras, the aura and many other systems (even down to the level of the DNA) that many healing methods have tapped into. 

If these energy systems are kept open and humming along, you will always experience great health and well-being!  After all, we are energy in a physical reality .... don't believe me, watch this video.

Here are some of my favorite routines that I use pretty much daily to keep my energies open and moving in the right direction...try them out for a week and see if you notice a difference!

The Three Thumps (from Donna Eden's Energy Medicine)

Begin by taking 3 big deep breathes - the breath is life, remember that!

Then, tap firmly on these 3 aresa while breathing deeply 3 times at each spot.

  • below the collarbones and off to either side of the breastbone (in a dip) - K27 point in acupuncture - the beginning of the Kidney meridian which is considered the most important meridian system in Chinese Medicine.  Thumping here will get all your meridians fired up and running in the right direction.
  • in the middle of your breastbone - the thymus gland rests  behind the bone. The Thymus Thump (also known as the happiness point) can assist to neutralize negative energy, exude calm, revamp energy, support healing and vibrant health, and boost your immune system.
  • on the lower rib cage off to the sides (dips on both sides) - the left side is for the spleen and your immune system and the right side is for the liver and detoxification

To finish off, you could cross your arms and tap on each elbow to calm down your Triple Warmer meridian which is your stress meridian.

My 2 favorite EFT sequences that I do most mornings and evenings can be found at Brad Yates' site www.bradyates.net - Tap of the Morning and Tap of the Evening. If you want to have a great day and a great sleep - begin with these 2 sequences which can also be found on youtube.com where he now has over 300 videos posted. There's a plethora of videos there done by very good EFT practitioners -such as Robert Smith - where you can tap where they tap and say what they say on almost every problem under the sun and get surprising results! Highly recommended!

My most recent find is a web-site dedicated to children and EFT in the schools - www.imagr8kid.com. I very highly recommend everyone who has children in their lives to go to this site, sign up in order to access the free videos available on the site for children, their parents and, even, their teachers.  The sooner we can introduce children to EFT, the sooner they will feel in control of their own lives.
