Healing emotions is an important component to all healing

How would you like to use it to clear your emotional clutter?  I found a quick, easy method of doing this – clearing trapped emotions - using the Sway Test along with Dr Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code.  It’s fabulous, painless and makes you go “hmmmm! I never knew I still had that emotion – I thought I had dealt with it.”

What are trapped emotions?

  •  Emotions that haven’t been processed completely
  •  Become literally a “ball of (not so good) energy” that resides somewhere in the body
  •  Cause an invisible but very real distortion of the tissues in this area leading to pain – physical and emotional
  •  Can lead to chronic pain and illness

And why is it important that we remove them?

·     If not removed, the body will begin to  “resonate” with it so that we more easily ‘feel’ the emotions that are trapped within us.  For instance, if anger is one of your trapped emotions, usually lodged in the liver or gall-bladder, you probably react to most aggravating situations with some level of anger even though you might not want to.

To quote Dr Bradley Nelson, author of “The Emotion Code” – “It is my experience that a significant percentage of physical illness, emotional difficulty and self-sabotage are actually caused by these unseen energies.”

Remembering that your sub-conscious mind remembers everything that you have ever experienced (records and stores it like a computer), isn’t it nice to know that there is a way to hit that ‘delete button’ and clean up the system?

What do you need to do this?

  • A willingness to do the work and clear intention
  • The Emotion Code chart
  • A magnet – any kind – this will disrupt the energy resonance
  • An understanding of the Governing Meridian – touches all other meridians and all parts of the body – runs from under the nose, over the head and down the spine to the tip of the tail-bone.

Then, it’s easy.  Simply ask yourself if you have a trapped emotion using the Sway Test and, if the answer is yes, then just follow the guide that comes with the Emotion Code chart.  The downloadable chart can be found at   Amazing things can happen for you if you get busy and clear up those old patterns!

I use the Emotion Code, along with the Body Code, in most people's sessions now, to figure out the root cause of their pain, illness or stuckness.

How to do the Sway Test

First drink some water and stand comfortably, feet about hip width apart, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out to clear your mind.   Then say “My name is ..(your name or something which is true for you)" and notice which way you sway – forward or back.  Most people will sway forwards as if moving towards their truth.

Next say, “My name is …(someone else’s name or something untrue).”  Do you sway in the opposite direction?

A reminder that the truth statement is your “yes” answer to everything you can ask of sub-conscious mind about your body as long as you ask clear questions that can be answered with a yes or no.

I find it interesting that we know very little about what is going on in our bodies until we either experience pain of some sort or find out through our doctors that something is going wrong.  Using this method, or any other method of muscle testing, can take you a long ways towards not only keeping yourself healthy but, also, healing whatever is out of balance.
