Emotion Code and Soqi Bed - a winning combination!
In August 2009, I was diagnosed with Palmerplanter Pustulosis (PPP) - it is in the psoriasis family. Palmerplanter psoriasis is a chronic, recurring condition that affects the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. They appear as red patches of the skin accompanied with the formation of deep painful yellowish pustules.
I was told this is a serious condition very hard to get and even harder to treat. I was prescribed several different steroid creams, to find that they were not only expensive but my body was becoming immune for I was on them for so long. I was weaned off the cream and told only to apply Vaseline and wear cotton gloves and socks this is to bring the moisture back into the hands and feet, also rest your hands and feet as much as possible.
PPP occurs in people between the ages of 20-60 years of age and may be triggered by an infection or stress. PPP also occurs in cycles with new pustules occurring after a period of low to no activity.
I was booking an NST appointment with Northern Light Massage, when I came across the SoQi Bed Total Health Spa on the website. It is noted that the SoQi bed helped to relieve stress. When I went for my first appointment, Lou taught me the sway test from the Emotional Code which I was able to use to release stored emotional baggage, which affects your body silently. I also was on the SoQi Bed with its penetrating heat which heals you from the inside out, also having the chi machine working to give me an internal massage which is quite relaxing.
It is now May 2010 and my PPP has cleared up incredibly on both hands and my feet are almost back to normal. I continue to use the SoQi and Chi machine 3 days a week as well as perform the sway test myself 3-4 times per week. It is amazing how much baggage one carries within us and when this is released how one feels afterwards.
